Okay, it's the start of 2013 and time to review some of the bests of 2012. I like to laugh so let's name the best Stephen Colbert video of 2012. It comes from June and it's a Tip of the Hat/Wag of the Finger segment. In this video, Colbert goes over a Japanese diet device, a successful American export, to which I would yell "USA, USA, USA" and a use for your dead pet. Hilarious stuff.
