This is how Republicans view women and rape

I've previously wrote about Rep. Todd Akin's (R-MO) view that a "legitimate" rape ("legitimate" is his word) causes a woman's body to stop a pregnancy and this view is not far from the Republican mainstream. Don't believe me? Ed Schultz just did a piece on Republicans, rape and abortion. He points out that vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan sponsored a law that would define rape as "forcible." I'll agree with President Obama. Rape is rape. Now the Republican Party platform does not give an exception for rape for a woman to get an abortion. Women watch Ed Schultz's video. He uses the Republicans own positions to show where they stand.
