Stephen Colbert on Spooky PACs

There's a reason why Stephen Colbert won the Peabody Award. He educates as he entertains. Yesterday, he did a story on 501 (c) (4) Super PACs or "Spooky" PACs, as he calls them, which allow unlimited contributions without the PAC having to disclose the donors. Problem? We don't know who's giving the money and can't tell the motivations of the donor. He later interviews Sen. Claire MacCaskill (D-MO) Check out his humorous pieces below.
