Stephen Colbert looks at Obama's BRAIN Initiative project

President Obama is asking Congress to spend one hundred million dollars to map the human brain. It's called the BRAIN Initiative for Brain Researching through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies. And the hope is that it could lead to cures for diseases like Alzheimer's disease. Anyway, this pissed off Stephen Colbert's character and here his funny take, along with an interview with Dr. Francis Collins.
