Stephen Colbert takes on Eric Bolling's Secret Gas Price Plan

Fox News' Eric Bolling has a solution to the rising gas prices. Here's the rub, it's a secret that Bolling keeps in a manila envelope. And to trap President Barrack Obama, he only wants him to call him. But why doesn't this idiot just release it to the public so we can relieved of these high gas prices?
