Violence from the radical left is also wrong

I've expressed my opposition to Nazis and white supremacists. But here's where I agree with President Trump when he condemned all sides for the Charlottesville violence. Yes, conservative Trump messed up by not pointing out that it was a Nazi who killed a woman. He failed to condemn the Nazis for their ideas. After all, the initial protest was organized by white supremacists and Nazis. However, he is correct to criticize violence from the radical left.

Far left groups like the Antifa are right to oppose fascists and racists. But they should not use violence, or threats to shut down speech. The First Amendment protects even the fascists. By stooping to the level of the fascists, these far left groups give ammunition to them and diminish their cause.
