Stephen Colbert takes on the least productive Congress in American history. Let me see who I would blame here. Who's the group that shut down the country over Obamacare? And who won't do anything about immigration reform? Hmmm. House Republicans. At least they can agree on taking care of government monkeys. Anyway funny stuff from Colbert.
