President Obama messes up big time by mixing up Star Trek and Star Wars

Okay, in describing the Republican obstinance to compromise on reducing the deficit, President Barack Obama mixed Star Wars and Star Trek. He said he couldn't use a "Jedi mind meld" to convince them. Oh boy. Well, George Takei (Mr. Sulu of Star Trek) on the Ed Show said Obama didn't mess up. You see he brought a harmony among the fans of both franchises by doing so.
