Holy cow! Herman Cain is crazy. Last night on MSNBC, Rachel Maddow points out that conservative Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain gets his ideas from video games. He quotes from Pokemon and claims that it came from a poet. His 999 plan comes from Sim City.
